A Christian dream journal · iOS
Wake up. Speak your dream. Meet it with Scripture.
Night Song records the dream you'd otherwise lose, finds a Bible verse that speaks to it, and notices when the same images return. Then it walks with you — a daily quiet moment, a prayer list, the whole Bible to read.
A dream is gone within minutes of waking, and nobody reaches for a keyboard at 6 a.m. So the most vivid things your mind says at night are simply lost. And for a Christian, the question was never just what was that? — it's what do I pray about it?
Remember. Understand. Pray.
REMEMBER
Caught before it fades
Tap once and talk, eyes still half-closed. Your voice becomes a written dream — dated, saved, searchable, with the recording kept alongside the words.
UNDERSTAND
The patterns that return
Every dream is tagged with its images and feelings. When water, a familiar road, or a chase comes back, Night Song notices — and shows you every dream that carries it.
PRAY
Brought before God
A real Bible verse for how the dream left you, a short prayer to begin with, and a daily quiet moment that carries your own prayer list with it.
Recorded before you're fully awake
Tap once and talk. Night Song captures your voice while your eyes are still half-closed, and by the time you sit up the dream is a transcript — dated, saved, ready to return to.
Name the feeling — get a verse that answers it
No dream dictionaries, no symbol charts, and nothing required: the story alone is enough to save. When you're ready, tell Night Song how the dream felt and it searches Scripture for a verse that speaks to the fear, grief, hope, or joy it actually left in you.
A walk that doesn't end with the dream
The Walk with God tab holds a short daily moment — a verse, a word for today, a prayer — with your own prayer list dealt into it, a few requests at a time, so no one you're carrying is forgotten. Answered prayers are kept as a record of God's faithfulness. And when you want more than a moment, reading paths lead through whole books — or wander the whole Bible freely.
It notices what keeps returning
When a new dream echoes an old one, Night Song says so — and says why. The Insights tab gathers every symbol and feeling your journal has carried, shows them over time, and gathers each month's dreams into one reflection. Your journal even grows: a tree that rises from seed to starlit as the dreams add up.
Yours. On your phone. That's it.
Night Song works with no account at all — your journal lives on your device, your voice recordings are never stored on our servers, and your prayer list never leaves your phone, ever. Sign in only if you want your dreams backed up and synced. Add a 4-digit code and Face ID if you want the door locked too.
How it works
-
1
Speak it when you wake
One tap. Talk until it's out. Night Song transcribes as you go — the story alone is enough to save.
-
2
Add what you want, when you want
Feelings, symbols, notes, a matched verse and prayer — every one optional, every one still there tomorrow.
-
3
Watch it become a walk
Patterns surface, the tree grows, and each morning's quiet moment carries your prayers with it.
Be there on launch morning.
Everything inside
Voice-first capture
Tap, talk, done — with pause, long recordings, and extra takes.
Real Bible verses
Every verse is quoted exactly from the World English Bible — never AI-written Scripture.
A prayer for each dream
Short, honest, and clearly labeled as a starting point — never an oracle.
A daily quiet moment
A verse, a word for today, and a prayer — about four minutes, no streaks to keep.
A prayer list that meets you
Your requests are dealt into each moment, oldest-prayed first. Answered ones are remembered.
The whole Bible
Curated reading paths, book by book — or wander all sixty-six books freely.
Patterns & echoes
When a dream echoes an old one, Night Song says so — and says why.
Symbols & emotions
Everything your dreams carry, gathered, counted, and shown over time.
A journal that grows
A tree rises from seed to starlit as your dreams add up — levels move only by dreaming.
Monthly reflection
Each month's dreams gathered into one summary: what recurred, what it felt like.
Private by design
No account needed, code protection with Face ID, and a prayer list that never leaves your phone.
Yours to keep
Export the whole journal as PDF, CSV, or text — every word, always free.
Questions, answered
Is this dream interpretation? Does it tell me what God is saying?
No, and it never will. Night Song matches your dream with a real Bible verse and writes a short prayer — both clearly labeled in the app: “a starting point, not Scripture and not a message from God.” It notices patterns — water again, six dreams now — but it never tells you what they mean. No predictions, no symbol dictionary, no claims on your future.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your journal lives on your device, and your voice recordings are never stored on our servers. Audio is sent over an encrypted connection only to be transcribed, then returned to you. Your prayer list never leaves your phone at all — it isn't synced even with an account. If you choose to sign in, your dream text syncs to your account — read our privacy policy for the whole picture.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one. An account exists for exactly one reason: backing up your dreams and syncing them across devices, if you want that.
What does it cost?
Typed dreams are unlimited and free, forever, and you can record ten dreams by voice every month for free. Everything you've ever saved stays readable, searchable-by-scroll, and exportable in every tier — nothing you've written is ever locked. Night Song Plus lifts the voice cap and opens the full Insights tab: $4.99/month or $29.99/year. During the beta, everything is open.
When does it launch? What about Android?
Night Song is in private beta on iOS now, heading to the App Store. Join the list above and you'll get one email the morning it's live. Android depends on how launch goes; the list is the best way to cast a vote for it.
Your next dream doesn't have to fade.
